February 24, 2007 Ultrasound services are now available again on a limited basis at the Chapleau General
Hospital. If your health provider requests that you have an ultrasound done please call the
admissions office of the hospital at 864-1520 and press 0 to book an appointment.
We now have a sonographer (technician that does ultrasound) visiting Chapleau every two to
three weeks. Our community Recruitment and Retention Committee is working diligently at
recruiting a full time Sonographer/X-Ray Technologist to our facility.
